• Shipping Rates: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

• Estimated Delivery: UK Standard: 2–5 business days.

2. Digital Delivery

• Instant Access: Digital products are delivered via a secure link sent to your provided email address immediately after checkout.

• Digital Access: For security, download links remain active for 24 hours after the first click. If you click an expired link, our system will automatically email a new, active link to the address used at checkout. Should you have any issues accessing your files, please contact us for assistance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, your rights to a "cooling-off" period differ from physical goods.

• Consent to Download: By purchasing a digital product and clicking the download link provided by Squarespace, you express consent to waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

• Refunds: Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we do not typically offer refunds unless the file is faulty or corrupted.

• Technical Issues: If you experience any issues opening or accessing your file, please contact us at aurumpublications@gmail.com, and we will provide a replacement link or a compatible file version.

2. Physical Products

For physical publications and goods, you have a legal right to change your mind.

• Right to Cancel: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return the item for a full refund.

• Condition of Return: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition. For books, this means no spine creases, marks, or signs of wear.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

• Faulty Goods: If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Process a Return

To start a return or report a fault:
