• Physical Goods: Your identity and shipping details are processed within the Squarespace "Orders" panel. This allows us to manage logistics, print shipping labels, and provide delivery updates.

• Digital Goods: Squarespace securely stores your email address to automatically deliver your download link. This also allows us to provide a "refresh" service if your original link expires.

• Payments: Aurum Publications acts as a "Controller" for the transaction details, but we never see or store your full credit card numbers; these are encrypted and sent directly to the payment processor who acts as an independent provider.
